The Yum Diaries

…two more new Yum Diarists:  Elaine and Steve.

The only thing keeping Elaine from being family to me is lack of shared DNA.  She is the mother of my best friend, a good friend in her own right, and an all around fantastic lady.  She also is an amazing cook.  A trip to her house always means good company and delicious food.  I can’t wait for lots of good recipes, especially those Russian and Eastern European ones.

Steve is pretty all right too.  Husband to fellow Yum Diarist Melissa (both of whom I’ve known for what seems like forever…)  Not sure what he has in mind, but we’ll see soon enough.

Melissa has told me she’s eager to share lots of vegetarian and vegan goodies with you.  She’s also an amazing photographer, so I’m looking forward to some gorgeous pictures for the site as well.

Beth is a master baker (heh heh heh), so I’m sure she’ll be sharing lots of baked goodies with us.
